Collier's Half Birthday!

Our little guy celebrated his 6 month birthday on Sunday. We can't believe how quickly these months have flown by! Here are his stats:

Weight - 18 pounds, 6.5 ounces (75%)
Length - 27 inches (75%)
Head - 85% (he just wouldn't be his father's son otherwise! :)

What he's up to:

Sitting up - not for long periods of time, but he's doing pretty good!
Chewing - on everything and anything.
Eating - So far we've tried rice cereal (not a big fan) and squash, which he seems to love! Next: PEAS!
Smiling - he loves his sissies!
Grabbing things - there is a certain look of joy on his face when he gets ahold of someone's hair!

We love you, little man!!!

Summer!

Summer is in full swing at our house - lots and lots of energy around this place!!!

4 months!

This is a week overdue, but here is our little man, 4 months old already! We can't believe how fast the time has gone.

Stats:

Weight - 15 pounds, 9 ounces (75th percentile)
Length - 23.5 inches (50th percentile)
Head Circ. - (75th percentile)

He is growing well, hitting his milestones like a pro! :)

What he's been up to:

Smiling - he gets a kick out of his sisters, but the biggest smiles are when Daddy walks in the room!
Jabbering - he loves to tell us stories!
Rolling over - front to back and now he's trying to go back to front
Chewing and Drooling - he's got his hands in his mouth most of the time and soaks his clothes with drool all day long!

What a joy you are, sweet Collier John!!!

Delaney and her Mini-me...

Sometimes I am struck by how much Collier looks like Delaney. She just adores him - when he cries she tell me she thinks he wants his sissy. I'm so glad she likes him! Oh, and she keeps telling me she wants him to stay a baby forever! I kinda wish the same thing...

3 Months!

It doesn't seem possible, but little Collier John is 3 months this weekend. Where has the time gone?

Here's what he's up to:
-Smiling, smiling, smiling - I love to call him "Guy Smiley". Remember that character? I think it was from Sesame Street!
-Talking - he doesn't do this too often, mostly when there aren't any noisy sisters around!
-Pulling hair - He can grab a fistful of hair faster than you would believe!
-Rolling over - only from front to back, but it's a start, right?
-Sleeping - (most nights) between 5-6 hours. 4am seems to be his happy hour! :)
-Laughing - we've only heard this twice, once when he looked at himself in the mirror and once at Olivia, but it's pretty darn cute!
-Blowing bubbles - a.k.a. - lots and lots of spittle! Dr. says it's probably a little reflux, but he doesn't seem to mind!

Love you so much, little man!

Happy Easter!!!

Well, Easter here in Tulsa turned out to be stormy and cold. But, we are thankful just the same for our Savior rising from the dead!

I've included some pictures of our Easter activities. We colored eggs, decorated cupcakes, and enjoyed our Easter basket goodies!
